Certificate description
The heavy release of ISO 9001 2015 marks the arrival of a new stage of global quality management. Through the study of the new version of the standard and the comparison with the old version, our first impression is that its structure and connotation are similar to the evaluation criteria of the National Quality Award. After reading through it, we can see that the new version of the standard keeps pace with the information age.
The new version of the standard requires emphasizing "risk-based thinking", which is a newly implanted core concept that runs through the requirements of the entire standard. Risk refers to the impact of uncertainty. From a macro point of view, there are many aspects such as management risk, production risk, and operation risk; from a micro point of view, related risk control is involved in the processes of planning, resources, customer needs, procurement, design, manufacturing, and monitoring. In real life, take an inspection and testing organization as an example: an inspection center is responsible for the supervision and inspection of a product. Since the sampling process is not strictly in accordance with the sampling specifications, when the unqualified report is issued, the corresponding enterprise raises objections, which directly leads to the invalidation of the inspection report. , the subsequent processing cannot be performed. It can be seen from a glimpse of the leopard in the tube. And risk thinking is also very meaningful to individuals. As the saying goes, "Life is unsatisfactory nine out of ten" also has this meaning. Especially in the information age, we should have a good "risk thinking". Our common personal information data, personal property, entrepreneurship and other risks can be avoided, transferred and eliminated by using "risk thinking" and taking necessary measures.
The first requirement of the core content of the standard: "The organization shall determine various external and internal factors that are relevant to its objectives and strategic direction and affect its achievement of the expected results of the quality management system (considering relevant factors such as the organization's values, culture, knowledge and performance, help to understand the internal environment)". As far as the internal environment is concerned, it is mainly manifested in corporate culture such as "mission, vision, and values". The new version of the standard has noticed the impact of corporate culture on the quality management system. This requirement is part of the evaluation criteria of the "Baldrige Quality Award" in the United States. In my country, it is the National Quality Award "Excellent Performance Evaluation Criteria" based on the "Baldrige Award". "Excellent performance" is aimed at "quality management" and "management quality", which is a concept of great quality. The content of the first chapter is to emphasize the "leadership" that determines the direction of the enterprise, and "leadership" is important for the organization to create excellent performance The core role of the organization is reflected in the ability and influence of the organization's strategy, learning and development, self-discipline, performance, partnership and social responsibility, that is, to determine the mission, vision and core values of the company, and its essence is to establish its own business "Culture" in order to achieve the ultimate strong competitiveness. The well-known story of "Zhang Ruimin smashing the refrigerator angrily" is actually a manifestation of Haier's culture. Haier's "everyday is clear and high" has been imitated by many domestic companies, and Huawei's "wolf" culture is also well-known. Admired by the business community...the corporate culture will inevitably act on the "people" and "products" of the company, pass it on to customers, and finally form competitiveness. Corporate culture is an intangible soft power. It can be seen that the new version of the quality management system standard focuses on leadership, internal and external environments, and performance. It is interlinked with the "Excellent Performance Evaluation Criteria".
